Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A pre-bid conference will be held. Details are provided in the Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents. Project involves the construction of a 1,700 sq. ft. water treatment facility that will contain pressure filters, chemical feed systems, electrical backup generator, and electrical controls. The project will also involve the replacement of the motor control center (MCC), roofing system, chlorine feed system, and exterior doors at the existing Well House No. 4., as well as sanitary sewer, water main extension, and electrical to the new water treatment facility. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Pewaukee, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Pewaukee reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Pewaukee at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Pewaukee equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Pewaukee as liquidated damages.
