Clallam County Chip Supply Contract and related work After award of the contract and upon request by the prime contractor a maximum of five (5) sets of full specifications will be furnished to the prime contractor at no cost. Additional sets of specifications may be obtained by payment of printing costs Any agreement made as a result of this bid will be for the period from date of Contract execution through December 31, 2024. The proposal requires the bidder to quote fixed prices for the supply of crushed aggregate products, including delivery to County sites, to be firm through the above date. This contract provides for the transporting and stockpiling of approximately 14,750 tons of crushed aggregate rock and other associated incidentals, all in accordance with these contract specifications. Delivery of material quantities (as specified below) shall be completed during the calendar year 2024 following contract award Bid documents delivered to other offices and received late by the Commissioners Office will not be considered nor will bids received by facsimile or e-mail. Clallam County will determine the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the terms of Clallam County Code Section 3.L2.O70 and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities n the process or to accept the bid which in its estimation best serves the interests of Clallam County.
