Item #1 Milling & Paving: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for removing two (2) inches off the existing surface, cleaning the surface, applying tack coat, and overlay with two (2) inches of compacted asphalt on a total of an estimated 8,862 square yards of parking lot area. Item #2 Striping: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for restriping the Employee Lot (past the entry gate) in the herringbone style (diagonal parking stripes) and restriping the visitor lot as it is currently. Item # 3 ADA Parking Spots: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to install a 6" thick, fiber-reinforced slab of concrete measuring at least 41' by 18' (estimated 738 square feet) in the Visitor Lot to comply with ADA requirements (see diagram below). Includes full-depth removal of existing asphalt All concrete shall be City-mix, 4,000 psi, standard gray. The slope of the concrete slab shall not exceed 2% in any direction. Item #4 ADA Ramp: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to remove approximately 120 square feet of concrete sidewalk and 21 linear ft of curb and gutter, and replace it with a Type 3A Curb Ramp (reference City Standard Details) in the Visitor Lot (see diagram below).
