Midtown Park Conceptual Plan This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for development of the Midtown Park Conceptual Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The network of parks and trails in and around St. Albert is an integral element of the city's identity and is of critical importance to residents. The Area Structure Plan (ASP) for South Riel includes the provision of a 0.48ha Urban Square. The Midtown Park Concept Plan will create a sense of place and vibrancy that is consistent with the City of St. Albert Parks and Open Space Standards and Guidelines, Municipal Development Plan, Area Structure Plan and Recreation Master Plan.
