This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the 2024 Localized Storm Drainage Improvements. A. The Work to be undertaken is generally described as a) SCHEDULE A: ERIN RIDGE - 12MR b) SCHEDULE B: 5 KINGSBURY CRESCENT c) SCHEDULE C: ATTWOOD PARK d) SCHEDULE D: NORMAN COURT e) SCHEDULE E: EDWARD WAY The Work within the Schedules shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Removal Works - Removal and disposal of existing concrete material, asphalt and topsoil. Concrete Works - Replacement of concrete swales and concrete sidewalks Grading Works - Excavation ditches and grading of proposed areas to improve drainage Storm Works - Installation of Catch Basins and Catch Basin Leads Landscaping - Tree protection, topsoil placement, Sod installation, and any other landscape remediation required. Additional Works - Remove, store and reinstall property fence. Project Management: on a weekly basis, attend (virtual and/ or in person), participate, provide updates on health and safety, sequencing of work, construction schedule and financial updates. Stakeholder Communication: notify and advertise appropriate residents, trail users, and active transportation users of upcoming work.
