Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The purchase and installation of five (5) overhead doors, incline and decline ramps, dock levelers and scissor hoists at the 50 Corriveau Ave warehouse. Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Construction of new loading dock including dock levelers, scissor hoists, and overhead doors. .2 Removal & disposal of existing onsite features including asphalt pavement, fencing, retaining walls, and re-installation of existing staircase. .3 Construction of two exterior concrete ramps including retaining walls, guard rails and asphalt surface restoration. .4 Asphalt surface restoration at proposed Dock Levelers and Scissor Hoists.
