Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Haines Township Supervisors will prepare and distribute a bid tabulation to all parties once their selection of the contractor has been approved. This project will be bid as two projects. Foundation work, including digging and footers, will be done as a separate project and a breakout bid will be required. Bids will be subject to following the current Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage rates as provided by the Federal Government. Construction is anticipated to start on April 15, 2024. The Haines Township Supervisors will meet to open and review bids on this same date and location at 6:30pm.
