Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roselle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Roselle is accepting sealed bids for the 2024 Concrete Improvement Program consisting of concrete sidewalk and curb removal and replacement, repairing utility dig ups, replacing hot-mix asphalt sidewalk with concrete, replacing an existing entrance with right in/right-out entrance, and extending a concrete bike path through parking lot islands. This improvement will include approximately 10,960 square feet of sidewalk removal and replacement, 1,382 feet of combination concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement, 296 square-feet of ADA Detectable Warnings, 388square yards of Class D Patching, 968 square yards of driveway/hot-mix asphalt sidewalk removal, 614 square yards of hot-mix asphalt and concrete driveways, and other ancillary work necessary to complete the project. The work will take place at various locations throughout the Village Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for the 2024 Concrete Improvement Program."
