Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking qualified contractors to provide unit prices for concrete R & R at various District facilities and on various projects for 2024. The District boundaries where work will take place are approximately 52nd Ave on the south, 120th Ave on the north, Huron St on the east and Sheridan Blvd on the west. Work may include R & R of sidewalks, pans, curb and gutter, floors, patios, etc., preparation of subgrade including saw cutting, excavation, placement and compaction of structural fill, fine grading and dowel installation. New construction may also be included.
