Uncle John's Elk Creek Campground Sewage Pump Station & Force Main The contract covers the furnishing and construction of a simplex package grinder pump station including electrical service equipment and connection to an existing utility pole, installation of a concrete manhole with ultrasonic transducers and a panel mounted flow meter, construction of approximately 1,800 liner feet of 1 1/2 inch diameter HDPE force main by the directional drilling method including connection to an existing manhole, roadway repairs as necessary, site restoration as necessary, and including all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenant items located at Uncle John's Elk Creek Campground, 575 Elk Creek Road, Lake City, PA 16423 in Girard Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
