Contractor shall furnish all materials, supervision and labor necessary for the successful completion of this project to the Countys satisfaction as specified herein 1. Remove and dispose of (offsite at contractor's expense) all existing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter and any other related materials (rebar, wire mesh) as shown on the site map, Attachment A (all areas highlighted in yellow, including the individual segments outside the flagpole brick area) included with this request. The concrete at the project site is also marked with yellow paint for areas that need to be replaced. The Washington County Facilities Management Department is seeking sealed bids to remove and replace concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter outside the Pavilion and Ziegler buildings at the Washington County Fark Park, located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI 53095. This project generally consists of removing, disposing and replacing the existing concrete sidewalk (approximately 4,000 SF), curb and gutter (approximately 30 LF) as shown on the site plan included in the bid specifications with this request to the County's satisfaction by July 12, 2024. Interested firms may visit the project site on their own and take measurements for this project. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need to complete and submit a Bidder's Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. This completed form is to be received no later than 5 days prior to the bid opening. The Bidder's Statement of Qualifications Form is included in the bid document for this project. Additionally, bidders are to include with their bid three (3) references of similar projects completed within the past 3 years that Washington County may contact as well. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this bid.
