The last day for questions will be March 18, 2024 @ 12:00 PM to tvaughn@quandel.com J. Vinton Schafer Construction LLC is soliciting Subcontractor bid proposals for the project referenced above. The project consists of the Construction of a 5,180 sf Masonry building and other work indicated in the Contract Documents including but not limited to site demolition, utility relocation, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, thermal & moisture protection, openings (doors, hardware, windows, aluminum doors, Kalwall, sectional doors), finishes, gymnasium equipment, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior Improvements, and utilities. Construction is anticipated to start in July/August of 2024.
