Renovation of an educational facility in Ramsey, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education, Ramsey Community Unit School District No. 204, is seeking bids for painting of the gymnasium at Ramsey High School. Contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All contractor's bonds shall include a provision that will guarantee the faithful performance of such prevailing wage clause as provided by the bid specification. Ramsey Community Unit School District No. 204, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractors requiring further clarification regarding this request for bid shall submit questions in writing. Questions can be emailed to mritter@ramseycusd.org. Questions received and the responses will be provided to all prospective bidders.
