Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

C-TRAN, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this Solicitation or reject any and all bids submitted or to waive any minor formalities if the best interests of C-TRAN would be served. The Contract will be awarded to the Bidder submitting the lowest total price meeting C-TRAN specifications. The Bidder shall also be deemed responsive and responsible. If the lowest Bidder is found to be non-responsive or non-responsible, their Bid will be rejected, and the next lowest Bidder will be evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility. C-TRAN is replacing the HVAC System, DDC Controls, and the existing fire alarm system at C-TRAN's Administration Building located at 10600 NE 51st Circle, Vancouver, WA 98682. The existing fire alarm system and Siemens MXL-IQ Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU) at the C-TRAN 51st Circle Administration Building is aged and no longer supported, and needs replaced. In order to modernize the system, Migration/Upgrade of the existing Siemens MXL Fire Alarm Control Unit and field devices is required. Questions Due: March 15, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Any clarification desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Bid or Contract requirements must be requested in written form and received by C-TRAN by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
