Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. Paint all exterior stucco surfaces of facility to match existing color. Paint all exterior trim of facility to match existing color. Cover up and protect all landscaping, walkways, and non-paintable exterior facility elements during project. Paint all exterior metal railings and doors to match the existing color. Supply all equipment, materials, and man lifts to complete project is a safe manner. City will supply all paint for entire project.
