This solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. It is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial & Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45.0M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Payment and Performance Protection are required in accordance with FAR Part 28. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
