Site work for a municipal facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for the removal of existing fencing and installation of approximately an 8 (eight) feet high security chain-link fencing (in-kind) to include barbed wire and horizontal pole across the top of the perimeter fence at Maryland Public TV 301 Deer's Head Blvd, Salisbury, MD 21801. Work will include the installation of 1 manual vehicle swing gate and all components related to the descriptions as found within the documents. All Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only. The deadline for questions has been established as March 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer responsible for your solicitation in Online. (Lakecia.Dingle@maryland.gov & Samantha.Delp@maryland.gov) . 1) Bid Bond in the amount of 5% 2) Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $ 250 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
