The removal and reconstruction of the City of Orchard Drive in the City of Northville, HMA pavement, including curb replacement, storm sewer upgrades, ADA ramp upgrades, underdrain installation, and structure adjustments. The project consists of the full reconstruction of 2034 LF of roadway pavement on Orchard Drive including the curb and gutter and aggregate base. Spot storm sewer replacement and ADA curb ramp replacement. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder.
