The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: 1) Common Excavation - 995 CY 2) Aggregate Base Class 5 - 909 CY 3) Bituminous Mixture - 1,125 TN 4) Concrete Curb and Gutter - 910 LF 5) Ornamental Fence - 1,020 LF 6) Silt Fence - 1,550 LF 7) Seeding, Mulch & Fertilizer - 1.30 AC City: Faribault-City Trail and Parking Lot Construction Expected Award Date:03/26/2024 Project Start Date:06/01/2023 Construction Start Date:06/01/2023 Construction End Date:10/01/2023 Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
