Renovation of a retail development in Greenwood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

Arcade Barrel Skylight Removal & Replacement. A public opening will be held 5 minutes following the submittal deadline at the following location: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision and travel to undertake all necessary tasks. The City of Greenwood is searching for a qualified contractor to provide the following not listed in order of preference The Contractor is solely and completely responsible for the condition of the worksite, including safety, once work has begun. The property should be left in a safe manner and properly secured to deter trespassing and potential injury. This requirement will apply 24 hours a day until the acceptance of the Work by the City and is not limited to normal working hours. The City of Greenwood is seeking a qualified contractor to remove damaged/worn barrel skylights from one arcade structure (covered walkway) in Uptown Greenwood. The City of Greenwood will be accepting bids to remove the skylights with an option to submit a supplemental bid for the installation of new skylights. The City of Greenwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities. The right to reject any or all Bids and waive any technicalities or informalities is reserved by the Owner.
