Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pullman, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Scope: Install one new crosswalk and related signage on Stadium Way near the intersection with College Avenue on the Pullman Campus of Washington State University. Work includes new ADA ramps, new solar-powered flashing beacons and MUTCD signs, and crosswalk signage. At existing crossing, signage and street markings will be removed and ADA ramps filled in with new curbs. Substantial Completion shall be achieved in 30 days from Notice to Proceed. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. There are three additive alternates for this project. Bid Estimate: $175,000 - $225,000 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Maja S.
