Reference Number 0000345093 The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (District) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to patch and resurface tennis and pickleball courts at Civic Center Park in Pueblo West, CO. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. The work shall consist of patching and resurfacing the entire existing area. The northeast existing tennis court will be converted into four (4) pickleball courts. The three (3) remaining tennis courts will also be striped with lines for alternate use as pickleball courts. The new court color system will consist of forest green inside playing area and desert sand outside playing area. Layout and stripe all courts. Furnish and install nets for the four (4) new pickleball courts. Furnish and install new nets for the three (3) existing tennis/pickleball courts. Furnish and install 48 high galvanized chain link fencing to separate the pickleball courts from the tennis courts. All work shall be done in a thorough, workmanlike manner by member contractors of the United States Tennis Court and Track Builders Association and shall conform to their standards for tennis court and/or pickleball court construction. Contractor shall have a USTC & TBA Certified Tennis Court Builder on staff. Contractor references for five similar, successfully executed projects will be required. Pricing shall be all inclusive to include but not limited to: all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, freight, travel, fuel, set-up and take-down costs, and all other costs related to the successful completion of the project. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept other than the lowest Bid and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received. The District also reserves the right to reject a Bid if the Bidder fails to submit the data required by these Instructions to Bidders, or if the Bid is in any way incomplete or irregular.
