Bituminous Seal Coat Double Application As Per Penndot Pub 408 Section 470 With AASHTO #8 First Application And AASHTO #9 Second Application Bids will be accepted by East Lampeter Township for the following materials: approx. 31,120 sq. yds. of milling, approx. 3,010 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, milling of all start and stop points and driveway adjustments and 2 ADA ramps, and approx. 8,000 sq. yds. bituminous surface treatment DBL application. East Lampeter Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
