The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) is seeking Proposals from contractors qualified and interested in providing annual maintenance, inspection, and repair of power generators at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Troth Yeddha' Campus High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility located at MP Mile 11.3 of the Tok Cutoff, Gakona, Alaska. Contracts will be awarded to create a pool of up to three (3) service term contractors to perform services related to general maintenance, inspection, and repair of multiple diesel engine generators. Initial term will be from date of award through December 31, 2024, and four (4) one-year options to renew through December 31, 2028. The University expressly reserves the right to waive minor informalities or reject all proposals if it deems such actions are in its best interest. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors. Question Deadline 03/21/2024 Inquiries and questions relating to this RFP shall be submitted through the electronically website no later than five (5) days prior to the deadline for Proposal submission.
