Custodial Services for Sturgis Elementary. INQUIRIES: Contractors shall have until 2:00 pm (MDT) on Wednesday, March 21, 2024 to make any inquiries. District responses to all Contractors will by 9:00 am (MDT) Thursday, March 25, 2024. All inquiries for information should be directed to: Meade School District 46-1 Attn: Todd Battles, Maintenance Supervisor 12940 E. Hwy 34 Sturgis, South Dakota 57785 Email: Todd.Battles @k12.sd.us In Compliance With This Request for Proposal and All the Terms and Conditions Imposed Herein, the Undersigned Offers and Agrees to Furnish the Services in Accordance With the Attached Signed Proposal. Period of Contract: Initial Contract for Stel Will Be for 24 Months Starting July 1, 2024 and Continuing to June 30, 2026 With an Biennial Contract Adjustment Based on State of Sd Cpi Index: Minimum of 2% Not to Exceed 4%. The District Will Have the Option of Extending the Contract for an Additional 12 Months Based Upon the Satisfactory Performance of the Contractor.
