The Project Includes, Without Limitation, Furnishing All Necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment and Other Incidental and Appurtenant Work Necessary to Satisfactorily Complete the Project, as More Specifically Described in the Contract Documents to Install a Prefabricated Restroom Structure (by Public Restroom Company) and Construct Site Improvements for Pico Park Located at 9528 Beverly Boulevard. The Contract Documents Consist of the Contract, the Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal (Including Documentation Accompanying the Bid Proposal and Any Post-bid Proposal Documentation Submitted Before the Notice of Award), the Bonds, Permits From Regulatory Agencies With Jurisdiction, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. Time for completion of the Work is Forty-Five (45) total Working Days from the date specified in the Notices to Proceed and shall be inclusive of the procurement time to furnish and install all materials associated with this project.
