The project is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2024. Bidding and the award of work will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.55 and 66.0901. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
