Belt Blvd (N), Rock Blvd (S) and Broad Rock Blvd (N) work will include up to a 2" inch milling and overlay with 2" inches of VDOT approved SM-12.5D with a minimum Asphalt Content of 5.8%, including utility adjustments, sweep cleaning and all necessary preparation and finish work including but are not limited to patching, restoration (when needed), sidewalk repair, handicap ramp up grades to meet ADA requirements, pavement marking, etc.
