The City of Pismo Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a consolidated Drainage Master Plan including an update to the 2005 Drainage Master Plan for the Downtown and Pismo Heights areas as well as incorporating the Shell Beach "village" area which has not previously been included in any study. The Drainage Master Plan should include a study of flood related problems and potential solutions for each of the three identified areas. All proposals will be compared on the basis of understanding the scope of work to be performed, methods and procedures to be used, management, personnel and experience, and consultation and coordination with the City of Pismo Beach. Only those proposals submitted per the City's proposal requirements found on pages 3-5 of this package and certified by an authorized company officer will be considered. Proposals received by fax will be rejected. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 Written questions regarding the project and this RFP will be accepted until 72 hours prior to the proposal due date.
