Demolition and site work for a civil project in Pismo Beach, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project includes the demolition and disposal of the existing digester tank and former heater building at the City of Pismo Beachs (Citys) water treatment plant. After demolition of the structures, foundations, abandoned piping and surrounding asphalt, Class II aggregate base will be imported for backfill. Site will be compacted and leveled to match the existing contours. A certified check, cashiers check, or Bidder's Bond executed by an admitted surety insurer in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, and properly made payable to the City of Pismo Beach, will be required to accompany each proposal. The successful contractor will be required to furnish two (2) acceptable surety bonds: one for faithful performance and one for labor and materials. Each bond is to be executed in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Before submitting bids, Contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the Laws of the State of California. Accordingly, the successful Bidder shall possess a Class A, General Engineering, Contractors License at the time this contract is awarded.
