As of April 10, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Project will consist of, but not limited to, the removal and replacement of concrete and asphalt surfaces, removal of old play equipment, tables, benches, and mulching, and the provision and installation of new swing set, tables, benches, mulching, and grass seed at Maumee Intermediate School. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. A single contract will be issued for all work. Prospective Bidders with questions as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Architect, by Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 1:00pm EST, a written request for interpretation and clarification. Bids shall be received on the Form of Bid Proposal furnished. No other form will be accepted. Formal award of the project is expected on May I, 2024. The contractor shall be prepared to attend pre-construction meetings on May I, 2024 and June 3, 2024. The contractor shall be prepared for on-site work to take place between June 3, 2024 and August 2, 2024. Maumee City Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals.
