Law Enforcement Center Transaction Window. Question Deadline 04/15/2024 at 5:00 PM PT The estimated expense for this contract will be $49,500. Scope of Work Below is a summary of work. Please review the Architectural drawings for detailed scope. This project is an alteration of existing interior fire rated wall to add a transaction window, counter, and an overhead coiling fire rated shutter to maintain rated wall continuity at new opening. The scope of work includes the installation of a counter-mounted intercom and window-mounted speaker system, and a light-fixture. Per the attached drawing set by LRS Architects. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any respondents for this project. All quotes submitted for this project will be considered provided that they meet the criteria set forth in the quote documents with respect to submission in a timely manner, bonding, and all other applicable requirements. Washington County Facilities Division is seeking quotes to install a transaction window at the Law Enforcement Center. Background checks will be required. A small lay down area can be provided, and the workspace is conveniently located near the building entrance. Washington County reserves the right to modify this timeline at the County's discretion without notice.
