2024 Pavement Management Program Schedule A Overlays, Schedule B Slurry Seals First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than April 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM PST The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide the following work required to install: Schedule "A" - Overlays: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 10,177 tons of asphalt concrete, including excavation, roadway grading, pavement repair, grinding, sidewalk ramp replacement, striping, and associated work. (Up to $700,000 may be spent prior to July 1, the remaining amount of the contract will be spent after July 1.) Schedule "B" - Slurry Seals: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 515,623 square yards of asphalt emulsion slurry seal, including striping and associated work. Joint Cooperative Procurement with the City of Beaverton, City of Gladstone, City of Milwaukie, City of Oregon City, and City of Sherwood. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB.
