Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project name is: 100460 - NW Thompson Road (NW Kenny Terrace to NW Saltzman Road). The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: -Construct full depth replacement of existing roadways. -Construct asphalt and concrete driveways. -Construct curbs, sidewalks and ADA ramps. -Install new signing, illumination, signals, and pavement markings. -Install stormwater culverts, pipes, manholes, and inlets. -Install retaining walls. -Install permanent seeding and landscaping. -Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures. -Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Project cost range is $3,000,000 - $7,000,000. Bids must include: A residency statement as defined in ORS 279C.365. A bid bond on the County's Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bidders must complete and submit the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure Form provided, either with the bid, or using a separate, linked solicitation on the ProcureNow site. This form shall be submitted no later than two work hours after the time bids are due, per 00120.40(f). First-Tier Subcontractors Disclosure Forms submitted via email will not be accepted. Licensing per ORS 468A.720 (working with asbestos) is not required for this project. Question Submission Deadline: March 29, 2024, 5:00pm Submit questions only in writing on the County's online with the Question/Answer feature on the project page. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or in-formalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion- February 28, 2025
