Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of a new 8" ductile iron waterline and abandon an existing 2" galvanized waterline in a residential area of Hillsboro, Oregon. This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform and complete all work as described in these specifications and as shown on the plans. Work includes connection to existing 6" CI waterlines at NE Spruce St & SE 15th Ave and at NE Bush St & SE 16th Ave. Work includes approximately 620 linear feet of 8" zinc coated ductile iron waterline and 55 linear feet of 6" zinc coated ductile iron waterline. Work also includes trench excavation and backfill, valves, fittings, combined air relief valves, replacement of water service lines, meters boxes and lids, surface restoration, etc. to perform and complete all project work. ENGINEER'S PROJECT ESTIMATE: $140,000 to $175,000 The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall perform the Work according to the lines, grades, Cross Section data, Typical Sections, dimensions, and other details shown on the plans, as modified by written order, or as directed by the Engineer.
