The Department of Health, State Laboratories Division (SLD) is requesting a price quote to decontaminate rooms using Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. The State Laboratories Division is requesting quotes to perform decontamination of 3 spaces using Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Schanzenbach, Stephen. The State is currently anticipating that this work will need to be scheduled on Saturday July 20, 2024, however this date may change to a different weekend. Date will be finalized at least 1 month prior to the work date and before August 31, 2024.
