Waimano Ridge. The work generally consists of cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation or spot repairs on existing sewer lines, and installation of new sewer lines. The sewer lines are 6-, 8-, and 12-inch lines. If awarded a contract in response to this solicitation, offeror agrees to comply with HRS section 11-355, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from a State and County government contractor during the term of the contract if the contractor is paid with funds appropriated by the legislative body, at any time between the execution of the contract through the completion of the contract. Each Bidder shall bring their own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises. Bidders and interested parties are required to sign-in at the meetings to confirm attendance. Check with Project Coordinator. The estimated value of the public works contract is $250,000 or more and the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT17, SLH 2009) shall apply. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated construction cost is $2.5 million and $5 million. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification (s) A .
