Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The work for which bids are requested includes the following: Division Street, From Lynn Avenue to Spooner Avenue Street and utility reconstruction consisting of: removal of existing roadway, replacement of sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, decorative street lighting, unclassified excavation, grading and graveling, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, asphaltic concrete pavement, tree planting, and lawn restoration.
