Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Pavement Replacement. The Work for Which Bids Are Requested Includes Removing Asphalt and Concrete Surface, Cabc, Preparation of Base Course, Concrete Driveway, Hma Pavement, Adjustments, Sawing, and Traffic Control. A 5% Bid Security is Required. The following street segments are included in the contract. 1. N Moonlight Dr - Water Tower road to 400 feet north 2. 11 th St W - Spooner Ave to Lynn Ave 3. 1 st St E - Lynn Ave to Bartlett Ave 4. Concrete Pedestrian Island Removal - 15'x66' removal and replacement with 6" of pavement (2 lifts) on 3 rd St E, intersection with Bartlett Ave 5. Bauer St Shop Parking Lot - south and north side of building replaced with 3" of MT HMA (2 lifts) 6. Altoona Library Parking Lot This includes removal of the existing asphaltic concrete pavement, removal and replacement of sanitary manhole castings, supplemental aggregate base course (if necessary), preparation of base course, and paving with three inches of asphaltic concrete.
