Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project is funded in part by a Neighborhood Investment Fund grant. A 5% bid security is required. The work for which bids are requested includes the following : The Yard The project consists of development of a commercial and public plaza consisting of repurposed shipping containers. The work includes construction of foundations for the containers, driveway and parking area construction, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, decorative area lighting, electrical service and communication conduit installation, site grading, gravel, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and surfaces, concrete driveway approaches, asphaltic concrete pavement, and lawn restoration.
