**As of May 07, 2025, the project was awarded to Montana & Son Grading but the awarded amount is not available.** The Owner will notify the Contractor of the location of any water services to be replaced or repaired. The items will be located throughout the City. The Contractor will be required to begin work on all water services within seventy-two hours (3 days) after being notified by the Water Utility. The City will notify the Contractor of the location of the valves/hydrants to be replaced/repaired and determine the timeframe for valve or hydrant replacement. The Contractor will submit a schedule for completing the work assigned by the City within ten (10 days) of being notified of the hydrants and valves to be replaced or repaired. The schedule will be subject to the approval of the Water Utility. The Contractor shall complete all work before moving to another job. In the case of a severe leak or similar condition, when considerable damage is being done to the street or adjacent area or when public safety is a factor, the Contractor will be expected to begin work within 2-3 hours after notification from the Water Utility. All inspection and administration of this contract will be conducted by the City Water Utility.
