Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested includes the following: Three blocks of street and utility reconstruction consisting of: removal of existing roadway, replacement of sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, grading and graveling, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, and parking lanes, asphaltic concrete pavement, and lawn restoration.
