As Needed Professional Engineering Services. The City plans to award at least three (3) contracts for these requested services. Answers to questions will be issued by March 28, 2024, as an addendum. Any addenda and/or supplemental information, as applicable will be posted online and available at online. Pre-Bid Meeting No The City of South Gate is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide a full range of professional engineering services on an as needed basis covering the following areas including but not limited to: engineering and architectural design, construction management, inspection, geotechnical, project management, staff augmentation, surveying, special funding administration (intergovernmental agencies), grant writing, plan review, right-of-way acquisition (with legal descriptions and appraisals), assessment district engineering, estimating, arborist services, preparation of grant and federal funding reimbursement requests, traffic and transportation engineering. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to select the SOQ that best meets City needs. SOQs will be considered only in their entirety.
