Request for Proposals (RFP) Development Partner Chelmsford Housing Authority/Choice Housing Opportunities for Intergenerational and Community Endeavors (CHOICE Inc,) is seeking development proposals from qualified Development Partners for the redevelopment of Chelmsford Arms. The Disposition Property subject to this RFP, known generally as Chelmsford Arms, is comprised of 2 low-rise, elderly, 2-story buildings on a site of approximately 3 acre. All inquiries regarding this RFP should be made via e-mail only and directed to: sssmith@ chelmsfordha.com no later than 4:30 pm on Friday 1/10/25. CHOICE Inc has determined that its selection of a developer and disposition of Chelmsford Arms are subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B. Therefore, the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B are incorporated herein by reference. CHOICE Inc shall comply with all requirements relating to disposition of real property pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, Section 16.
