Demolition and site work for a road / highway in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.

Scope of Work: The Town of Chelmsford recently acquired 185 Pine Hill Road, Chelmsford, MA, also previously known as the Koulas Farm. There is an existing house on the property proposed for demolition. The house is a 1934 2,280 square foot colonial house with a stone foundation. The house has been abandoned since 2017 and the roof is partially compromised. The assessor's property card is attached for reference in Attachment A. The scope of work includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of the house and all the contents within the house. The Contractor shall demolish, remove, and dispose of the foundation to two feet below grade. The remainder of the foundation shall remain in place and crushed in place to prevent any water retainage in the future. The Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts (the Owner) will receive quotes for the "185 Pinehill Road Structure Demolition". The property is located at 185 Pine Hill Road in Chelmsford, MA and was previously referred to as the Koulas Farm.
