The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure a contract for an office rehabilitation at Fishtrap Lake in Shelbiana, KY. The award of one firm-fixed price construction contract is anticipated. The Contract includes, but is not limited to, furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to accomplish work related to Fishtrap Lake, Main Office Area Rehab. The Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with appropriate product specifications, industry standards, and contract work order plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder found to be responsive and responsible. This procurement is total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238390, which has a size standard of $19 million average annual receipts.
