Reference Number 0000346295 The St. Clair River Water and Sewer Authority (herein referred to as "The Authority") is requesting proposals to provide hydro-excavating services to assist in the performance of their Drinking System Material Inventory (DSMI), which is a component of the Drinking Water Asset Management (DWAM) grant awarded by the State of Michigan (EGLE). Work generally includes non-destructive hydro-excavating services to safely expose buried water service shut off valves on both sides of a residential curb water shut off for a distance of at least 18 inches and properly dispose of excavated sludge. Supply and install sand backfill, topsoil, grass seed and straw.
