Contractors may obtain copies of the Drawings and Specifications from NMU Purchasing Department, 1401 Presque Isle Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855-5317. Should any bidder find discrepancies between the Drawings and Specifications, or should he be in doubt as to their exact meaning, he should notify the Architect-Engineer at once; NMU Engineering and Planning. The Architect-Engineer may then, at his option, issue Addenda clarifying same. The Architect-Engineer will not be responsible for oral instructions or for the Contractor's misinterpretations of Drawings and Specifications.
