for: TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, 2024 Continental Blvd. and Church Road Resurfacing Project PW2024-02. 97,688 SY Milling 4,884 SY Type 1 Base Repair 400 Tons Leveling Course 9,141 Tons of 9.5 MM Superpave Question Deadline 03/27/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions about this Project and the bidding and contract requirements shall be submitted through the PennBid The project consists of constructing, supplying, and installing 8,837 SY Milling, 580 SY Type 1 Base repair, 70 tons leveling course and 820 Tons of 9.5 MM Superpave and a Unit price for Type 2 Base Repair. All pavement markings: including and not limited to, double yellow line, stop bars, crosswalks, turn lanes, school zones and all markings associated with intersections per Penn DOT specifications. All quantities are approximate and for informational purposes. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Tredyffrin Township, or a Bid Bond in favor of Tredyffrin Township, in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. This project will require a performance bond of 100%. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the date, time and location indicated in Section "A" of the Invitation to Bidders provided online.
