Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to replace the existing barn double-door at the Morgan Run Facility. The building is located at 328 A East Nicodemus Road, Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland 21157, which is approximately one-half mile along the access drive from the entrance from Nicodemus Road.60 Please email or call the Procurement Officer, Shenika Jackson at (410)260-8903 or shenika.jackson2@maryland.gov for any questions relating to this project. It is understood that the bid price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date and that if the undersigned be notified of acceptance of this bid within this time period, the firm shall execute a contract for the above stated compensation and shall complete the work within 60 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed and agrees that if the work is not completed within the time period specified, the Contractor will be liable for Liquidated Damages of $100.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions, Section 7.06, paragraph O.
